ENTRY FEE

• EARLY BIRD:  27th October 2018 – 15th March 2019…………………      95€.

• LATE:  1^st June 2019-15^th July 2019……………………………………..     105€ (without Wind stopper jacket).
• SPECIAL:  27 th October 2018 – 15th March 2019………………………      80€. (without Wind stopper jacket).*

* This option hasn’t the spectacular souvenir designed for the race by TUGA, but we will offer in order to allow the maximum number of teams to participate.

Entry fee covers:

• Cost of organizing and setting up the event
• Maps
• Participant health insurance during the race
• Basic medical care
• Massages at the end of the race
• GPS tracking for all the teams
• 4-day camping and parking
• Catering during the race and hot meal after the finish
•  Several bottled water points
• Special souvenir.
• Trophies and awards
• IRF WRC levy

Entry fee also covers the costs to make a single change in team composition after the team has been confirmed. All consecutive changes will be possible for extra fee of 5€.

The registration procedure finishes in a bank platform where the participant must pay the total amount. Then organization will check that the team has the entry criteria for this phase, only in this case the team will be confirmed and accepted in the list of the WRC2019 registered teams.
